Medical Record Retrieval Process
Initial contact with GC to get corresponding release forms signed.
Follow up twice a week until information is received.
Contact facilities.
Records review by a Registered Nurse.
Send signed release forms to each facility.
Approval (or recommendation details) letter from the Registered Nurse will be shared.
